RETURN & EXCHANGES
Please contact us for any return question at email@example.com. Items with original tags and packaging that have not been used, washed, or altered can be exchanged or returned for a full refund to the following address.

Items must be returned to Aloha Modern within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping will be provided by Aloha Modern on all accepted exchanges. Once your package has been received and inspected, we will refund the original payment method within 15 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to show up in your account.
We do not offer free shipping for international returns and customers are responsible for covering the return shipping for a full refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it pono.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
No refunds on discounted or sale items. All sales final on international orders.
